A crowded Mogadishu market street with clothing stalls before Eid

Maka Al Mukarama Road, Mogadishu, Somalia

About

A marketplace connecting independent Somali sellers with shoppers across the country.

What we are

Somali Online is a multi-vendor marketplace. Independent shops list their products, and customers buy from many sellers in a single order. Each seller ships its own part of the order and you can follow every package separately.

Why we built it

Small businesses deserve a storefront that reaches beyond their street, and shoppers deserve clear prices, honest reviews and a straightforward way to return things.

How shopping works

  • Browse by category, search, or visit a seller's shop page.
  • Add items from different sellers to one cart.
  • Choose a delivery address and place your order. Each seller confirms and prepares their items.
  • Track every package from your account and request cancellations or returns where eligible.

How selling works

  • Apply for a seller account with your business details and documents.
  • Our team reviews the application, usually within two business days.
  • Once approved, list products, manage stock and fulfil orders from the Seller Center.

Our commitments

  • Every review comes from a customer who received the item.
  • Sellers are verified before they can sell.
  • Support is available for customers and sellers alike.
